Best and most reasonably priced Chinese takeout place I’ve tried in Denver so far. No dine-in and it can get cramped inside, but service is fast even when busy, and staff is very friendly. Free appetizer (crab cheese wonton, egg roll or sesame balls) if you spend enough (I just got two dinner entrees). Food hits the spot and portions are large, enough to feed 2-3 people or have plenty of leftovers. Will definitely return!
I'm not exaggerating: This place has as good as Chinese food as you will find in the entire area of Denver. I love hot and sour soup. There's is better than Paul Flemings Chang or John Hollys, etc. at a portion of the price. It is a small place and take out only - but, they have six people working their butts off every open hour because the place is so popular. A sweet lady will greet you and take your order. The wait line is minimal. I call in my order and when I arrive - it's ready. Hot and wonderful.
Quick service and delivery. Great prices and portions. My go-to spot when I'm craving lo mein or a sweet and spicy sesame dish.
This place exceeded all expectations. We ordered the sweet & sour chicken, sesame chicken, egg drop soup, crispy dumplings, and received free crab cheese wontons for spending $30+. The portions were so large we could have made plates for 6 people. Well worth the money and everything was delicious. This is the best Chinese I've had in Denver!
Run don’t walk if you’re searching for east coast style lo-mein. We have lived in the Springs for 7 years and the Chinese down here is terrible. Reddit suggested New China Cafe and I am so so glad we made the trip. I’m up here at least once a month for work so stopping here will become a regular occurrence. It had the smell, look (brown!!! Not pale white) taste and ingredients (tons of beef, carrots, cabbage but shredded not giant chunks) that we were looking for. I also got drunken noodles which were delicious but I have no comparison.
Delicious. Also purchase cheese Rangoon. Eggrolls. Steamed rice and fried rice. Everything was freshly made when ordered. Hot. Crispy items had nice crunch. Very good food will definitely order again.
